•When you login to vCenter Server using vSphere client it fails with the error:

Call "ServiceDirectory.QueryServiceEndpointList" for object "ServiceDirectory" on vCenter Server "" failed.


Restarting VMware VirtualCenter Server service allows you to login to vCenter service temporarily.

This issue is observed if the Routing and Remote Access Service is active on vCenter Server.
To resolve this issue disable the Routing and Remote Access Service.
